Smoke and pet free home. Washed in The Laundress wool and cashmere shampoo and laid flat to dry. I put my son in this from about 3 months even though his legs were too short to stick out of the feet holes and just used it like a normal sleep sack. Once they can walk, the feet holes are a great feature. There is a light stain on front and a loose thread at the bottom of the zipper, see photos. No holes.
